It features a purple six panel structured high crown and embroidered eyelets with a black fabric squatchee button. The fitted cap has a black flat bill with a red undervisor. The front panel features the Chicago White Sox logo embroidery and a  side patch embroidery on the right panel. The left panel of the fitted displays the New Era logo and the official MLB logo embroidery on the rear crown.
