At Fitted Hats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the headwear is returned in its original packaging to maintain its shape.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Hat

  Place the hat securely in its original shipping box to prevent crushing or deformation during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
